JOB:  Newsletter Manager

• Use our semi-automated systems to guarantee that opt-in/opt-out letters are sent to all new contacts and that there are no duplicates.

• Collaborate with the Editor in Chief to pick stories per monthly theme highlight and choose best excerpts for hook.

• Use 4 email template systems to design and schedule newsletter within pre-set formats of all category Lovers Alerts.

• Do analysis of monthly stats on each newsletter---looking for any aberrations or trendlines to guide future newsletter projects.
