“... fusion of notes and nibbles in an evening of chocolate and chamber music. Featuring works by living female composers, this concert will explore the colors of the string quartet through perfectly paired chocolates sponsored by local Miami chocolatier Romanicos Chocolate. Each quartet will be matched with a unique flavor of chocolate designed to enhance the emotions and textures within the music. String Fellows of the New World Symphony will present the music of Reena Esmail, Jessie Montgomery, Caroline Shaw, Nicky Sohn, and Gabriella Smith. “Chocolate and Chamber Music” aims to expand the concert-going experience by connecting taste and sound, creating an intimate, multi-sensory journey that appeals to music lovers and culinary enthusiasts alike.
