Through generative algorithms, AI enables artists to create complex, interactive pieces and new aesthetic experiences that may have been difficult or impossible to achieve manually. However, this innovation brings risks, as AI-driven creations often involve training on vast datasets that include copyrighted works. Without clear oversight, AI tools can inadvertently produce derivative works that infringe on original artists’ rights, risking copyright violations and even enabling art forgery.
